Vincent M. Dowling, MAI, SRPA, M.Ed - President of Dowling & Associates, and Principal of Corporate Educators, Mr. Dowling holds a master degrees from Temple University in Adult Education and Psycho Educational Process. He has been teaching real estate related topics on a national level for numerous years. Structured courses and many of the seminars presented have been in conjunction with the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Dowling has been associated with two national appraisal organizations and has taught at several colleges and universities as well as at the proprietary school level.

Mr. Dowling is an approved Appraisal Foundation instructor. He teaches both the 7 hour and the 15 hour Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Programs.

In addition to teaching consistently on a nationwide basis, we have also taught various education programs in Canada, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and in South Korea.Various other programs have been created for governmental agencies in the Middle Atlantic Region.
