Ms. Poleo ’s professional service includes being an urban and land planner for a third class city, providing appraisal and consulting service in the residential market, and as a technician using geographic information systems (GIS). Ms. Poleo joined Dowling & Associates in 1997 after operating a full service residential appraisal office which served Chester and Delaware counties within the Delaware Valley.
